As part of the farewell, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will introduce a special tasting menu titled “A Journey Through History.” This eight-course menu will be available for £195 per person until the restaurant’s closure. The menu aims to encapsulate the essence of the restaurant’s culinary journey over the years.
Blumenthal noted that the restaurant has been a significant success, benefiting from the high profile of his flagship establishment, The Fat Duck. He expressed gratitude for the support received throughout the years, saying, “I have turned a corner,” reflecting on his personal journey and the restaurant’s legacy.
