EasyJet Implements New Cabin Baggage Rules

Previously, EasyJet had a more lenient approach to cabin baggage, allowing certain sharp objects like scissors with rounded ends and knives with blades not exceeding 6cm. However, recent developments have led to a stricter policy regarding what can be carried onboard.

As of April 11, 2026, EasyJet has officially banned knitting needles from cabin luggage, categorizing them alongside other sharp objects that could potentially cause injury.
