“There are some huge feelings there; sadness. It’s bittersweet, but it has run its natural course,” said Heston Blumenthal regarding the upcoming closure of his renowned restaurant, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, set for January 2027.

After 16 years of operation, the restaurant, located at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London, will close its doors.
