Pretoria: South Africa secure 42-28 victory over Scotland in Nations Championship
South Africa triumphs in Pretoria encounter
South Africa defeated Scotland 42-28 in Pretoria, despite Scotland demonstrating resilience by twice narrowing significant point deficits. The match, part of the Nations Championship, saw South Africa ultimately prevail through their physical play and clinical execution.
Scotland captain, Sione Tuipulotu, acknowledged that the hosts were more clinical. This result means Scotland‘s quest for a first Test victory against the Springboks on their home soil continues.
