He is described as being between 30 and 60 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, and weighing between 202 and 220 pounds.

The investigation has been ongoing for over 16 months with no significant leads. The police have utilized various resources, including a low-flying helicopter, drones, and officers scouring the water’s edge in their search for answers.
