Victor Wanyama has officially announced his retirement from professional football at the age of 34. This marks the end of a notable career that included stints at six different clubs across four countries, including Celtic, Southampton, and Tottenham Hotspur.

Wanyama made a significant impact during his time in the Premier League, making 97 appearances for Tottenham Hotspur and scoring 7 goals. His partnership with Mousa Dembele was instrumental in helping Tottenham achieve their best-ever finish of second in the Premier League during the 2016/17 season.
